CITY WATER
Three city systems
Sized to the household rather than the hardness: at Jacksonville levels, capacity is rarely the binding constraint. What changes up the ladder is flow, salt efficiency, and whether the carbon gets a bed of its own.
WELL WATER
Three well systems
Sized to what the water carries rather than to the household. The step from one to the next is clinical: air injection handles moderate iron and sulfur, peroxide handles what it cannot.
We won't put a price on your well until we've measured it.
IN EVERY TIER
The same eight things, whichever system you get
Reverse osmosis is in all six, on both tracks, and you choose the format at quote stage at no difference in price. Install, the permit and haul-away of the old equipment are in the number, not added to it.
STILLWELL CARE
The membership, priced separately on purpose
We carry the salt.
Billed monthly, cancel anytime, and never folded into the system price. Each track has a default because the equipment needs different attention, not because the tier is worth more.

Stillwell Care

$49/mo The well default. Air-injection systems draw air on every cycle and the Katalox bed needs backwashing a city softener never does. -
Care Complete
$79/mo The default where peroxide dosing is involved, because the solution is a running cost and it belongs inside the membership rather than on a later invoice.

We don't have a lender to quote yet, so there's no monthly financing figure on this page. When there is one it will sit beside the other two with its own label, never blended into either.

WHAT WE DON’T SELL
Three things we don’t carry, and why
- Salt-free conditioners They sequester scale rather than removing hardness. A hardness test after one still reads hard.
- Carbon-only tanks No softening at all, which leaves the main Jacksonville problem untouched.
- Softeners without carbon No answer to taste, odour or the by-products of chlorination. Every tier here includes carbon.
If one of these is what you want, the honest answer is why it won't solve your problem, not a cheaper tier.

What people ask about the price
Is installation extra?
No. The price on this page is installed: labour, the permit and haul-away of your old equipment are inside it. There is no line-item install fee and no surcharge on the day.
What if my plumbing needs work first?
If your house needs something we didn't plan for, we tell you before we start it and you decide. It's the one thing that can change the number, and finding it on the day is the reason we say so here rather than in a footnote.
Can I cancel Care?
Any time, and the system stays yours. Care covers service, filters and parts; cancelling ends the visits and the salt, not your equipment or its warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Ten years on the tank and valve, five on the electronics, on every tier. Care Complete adds parts and labour coverage on top of that.
Why is a well price a range?
Because a well has no published record, and the difference between the systems is what your water carries. We send a kit, the lab reads it, and the price is confirmed against the result. We won't put a price on your well until we've measured it.
