Common questions
How do you know what my water needs?
Your ZIP tells us what the water in your area runs, and your answers tell us what you're actually seeing at home. That's enough to size the system and price it honestly. On install day we test your water at the tap and tune the build to it.
What if my water turns out different from the profile?
Then we adjust the build before we commission it. The price only moves in your favor, or we stand the job down and reschedule. You are never billed more than the quote you accepted.
How long does the install take?
Most installs take a few hours. We test your water, set the system, tune it to your readings, and walk you through it before we leave.
